A LOW-MILEAGE CLASSIC, SIR?... HOW ABOUT 24 MILES A YEAR

1989 Porsche Speedster with Royal provenance has travelled an average of 24 miles a year since new.

The Porsche 935 by DP Motosport is one of 14 fine examples of the Porsche marque that come to sale at Historics’ November auction. The impressive Stuttgart assembly includes a further superb 1980 Porsche 911/930 Turbo Flatnose and – rivalling the DP Motorsport 935 for its stunning looks -  a 1989 Porsche 911/930 Speedster.

Aside from its rarity appeal - one of just 139 righthand drive models built - this car has travelled just 677 miles since being delivered new in 1990 to His Royal Highness Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei. And yes, that's the equivalent of 24 miles a year. This is simply the finest example of this model available anywhere in the world.
