Lot 243 - 1997 Porsche Boxster
- From a private collection
- Offered with its cherished registration number
- Low mileage example
First registered on 17th March 1997 this very well presented Porsche Boxster is presented in Arctic Silver coachwork over a full leather Boxster red interior, which is the desirable launch colour scheme and the same as the original Boxster concept car. Fitted with factory options which include upgraded 17" Boxster alloys, climate control, full leather trim, centre console with CD storage, wind deflector and Porsche carpet mats.
The paintwork presents very well showing minor blemishes and the black hood and rear screen are in great condition. The interior is in excellent condition showing minor wear, as one would expect with such a low mileage example and the wheels have recently been refurbished. Treated to a new clutch in recent times the Boxster is reported by the vendor to drive very well indeed. Accompanying the vehicle is a history file containing the original Porsche service book pack with relevant stamps from main dealer and specialists alike with the most recent service carried out in 2023. Also included in the file are various bills for maintenance work, previous MoT test certificates, the UK registration document, and a current MoT valid until 28th August 2024. Having had just four previous keepers from new we expect this no reserve Porsche Boxster to be keenly contested at auction. Interested parties should note that the remote central locking is currently inoperative, but the key can still be used to lock and unlock the vehicle. Consignor Daniel Godin
