Lot 127 - 2023 Shepherds Hut

Lot Number 127
Result Sold - £11,949

This has been fastidiously built by the vendor’s craftsman and all on a solid, blasted and painted turntable chassis base. In other words, there is real build quality at play here. And far more usable in terms of being a voided space within, rather than being cluttered up with fixed beds, tables, chairs, etc.

Easy for someone to have a pull-out double sofa, or a simple workstation with chair, etc.

Built on a twin axle base, this attractive Shepherds Hut / Home Office / Garden Room has been bespoke-built using finest quality & sustainable materials with precision and meticulous attention to detail throughout. 3"x 2" studwork, fully insulated walls and floor with Thermawrap to ceiling.  Cloaked in Tyvec breathable membrane over 8mm ply, featherboard to the outside and TGV within. Two double USB plug points with 3-way fuse board, twin LED light string on top of each sidewall and exterior caravan hook up. Brand-new Irish Oak UPVC double glazing throughout, including the unique and magnificent 1500mm x 1500mm picture window- that beautifully frames any view- twin top-opening side windows and half-glazed entrance door. Blackout blinds are fitted within, providing good privacy so as to get a good nights sleep and keep any glare out, should you be working on your computer/laptop. The roof is corrugated tin, giving a nice traditional look.

This Shepherds Hut is warm in winter due to the insulation and slimline low-watt heater, cool in summer and this creates the perfect home office or garden room or just simply a fun safe space for children to ‘hang out’ at a fraction of the price or hassle of an extension or conservatory.
