The BMW M3 is one of the most iconic sports cars of all time. The vehicle first entered production in 1986 and quickly became known for its high performance and excellent driving dynamics. The E46 generation of M3s was produced from 2000 to 2006 and was the third generation of the M3. The E46 generation was powered by the legendary S54 3.2 litre inline six-cylinder engine, which produced 343bhp and could boast a redline of 8000rpm. This power was sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission, or the optional SMG semi-automatic. The E46 M3 was also equipped with several performance features, including a limited-slip differential, a variable-length intake manifold, larger brakes and improved suspension. The E46 M3 was praised for its handling and power, and it is still considered to be one of the best M3s ever made.

Originally registered on 28^th July 2003, this stunning BMW has clearly been very well cared for. The current vendor has owned the car for the last ten years and has clearly cherished this M3 as it appears the previous keepers have as well. Throughout his stewardship continuous maintenance has been carried out, however more recent work includes a rear subframe repair, using Reddish Motor Sport plate kit. All the brake calipers have been overhauled and new pads fitted, the differential has been completely overhauled as has the rear suspension. The paintwork presents very well having been ceramic coated and the black leather interior is also in good order. The car is supplied with a V5C registration document and an MoT test certificate valid until 1^st May 2024 together with a significant history folder and the original bill of sale.
