Historics are pleased to offer for sale this Incredible Volkswagen Transporter T6 Camper T32 Highline with a 2.0 150bhp Euro six engine and finished in Phantom Black with a black leather interior. Upon purchase by our vendor in 2020 this Transporter was taken to AJC Conversions in Glossop for the full conversion to a camper, after much consideration, AJC were chosen due to their quality of products and finish to the equivalent OEM standards. The Volkswagen started life as a standard Highline five-seater Kombi van with an RRP of £40,000 plus VAT with 17" Alloy wheels, heated seats, captain front seats, car play touch screen audio, rear parking sensors, comfort dash, leather multifunction steering wheel, automatic headlights, auto wipers, cruise control, front fog lights with steering operation, front bin, chiller bottle holder and importantly it was the 3.2 tonne version.

The works commissioned then on the original van included two rear genuine Volkswagen windows fitted, fully sound deadened and insulated, full length REIMO pop top roof, roof bed fitted with mattress, 150W solar panel and associated wiring with split charge system, and secondary battery, seat swivel fitted to passenger seat, full furniture fitted in ash grey with black work surfaces and custom Volkswagen carpets , full LED lighting both in roof and in cupboards, reading lights and USB charging sockets for both beds, sink and gas hob unit, refrigerator, TV with built in DVD and digital TV ariel, hidden controls for electrics and rock and roll RIB bed with sculpted rear seats safety rated with seat belts. The entire van is trimmed in black leather with red stitching in the style of a traditional GTi and the bed side is trimmed in Alcantara.

One main cabin table is fitted and one side door table, a portable toilet and water tank are fitted in the rear cupboard with controls for solar and split charge and hidden under van is the exit for water drain. The van has an electric hook up in engine bay so hidden and allows 240V system to work once connected up and Fiamma side awning. The performance styling additions include Sportline front aero bumper and rear spoiler, de-badged front grille, LED headlight conversion and running lights, Tunit engine remap with separate piggyback ECU which safely raises power to around 190bhp and delivers around 5mpg better economy.

The wheels are black gloss 1 Form Edition 3 18" 18x8.5J alloy wheels designed for vans with correct load rating with Goodyear Eagle F1 asymmetric load rated tyres, H&R lowering springs and Porsche red seat belts front and rear. The audio visual consists of Brodit custom mount with Quadlock, Audison digital Amplifier, Audison Prima two-way component speakers, Audison APBX 8 AS Amplified 10" subwoofer and hidden bass controller. Finally, a rear reversing camera, a fixed tow bar fitted by the supplying Volkswagen dealer and full G Technique ceramic coating and PPF to the rear bumper. There is more of which can all be found in the history file but safe to say the build and van cost in excess of £80,000.
