Maserati first introduced its four-door car, the Quattroporte, in 1963. The current car is the sixth generation of the model and arrived at market in early 2013. This new model was designed at a special Maserati only department within the Fiat Group Centro Stile design centre, under the guidance of ex-Pininfarina designer Lorenzo Ramaciotti. The model is offered with several engine and transmission options. The flagship version is the GTS and can be distinguished by its trapezoidal exhaust pipes.

This GTS version presents extremely well in Nero Ribelle, which is the manufacturer’s name for its striking metallic black paintwork. The interior is trimmed in cream leather. This top of the range Maserati features an engine designed and assembled by Ferrari and is a variant of the F154 engine which it shares with the Ferrari 488. When you are behind the wheel it is easy to believe the manufacturer’s claim of 523 horsepower in a car that will transport four people in comfort and pace. Purchased by our vendor, from Historics, in July of 2020 to be his UK car it was driven from the auction to his professional storage where it has remained since, the condition of this GTS was described by its then owner as being as good as when it left the factory, and nothing has changed since. Upon the decision to sell the car our owner has had it fully recommissioned and serviced, therefore is once again offered to auction with a comprehensive service history, a V5C registration document and a fresh MoT test certificate. This Italian beauty with that amazing engine is available at a fraction of its original cost.

Interested parties should satisfy themselves as to the description and condition of each Lot prior to the sale.
