- Impressive service history
- New headlining
Introduced to counter Japanese sports coupés the Calibra was launched in 1989 and enjoyed a production run that lasted until 1997. It employed the running gear of the first generation Vectra model. When launched the Calibra was the most aerodynamic production car in the world with a drag coefficient of 0.26. It remained the most aerodynamic mass production car for the next ten years.
Originally registered in January 1997 this late Vauxhall Calibra has an impressive service history with 16 stamps in the service record book, the most recent of which has been recently completed. Other works include the fitting of a new headlining. This 16-valve example presents well in blue metallic paintwork with a contrasting beige leather interior and alloy wheels. We are told that it is a joy drive. Offered to auction with a V5 registration document and a fresh MoT test certificate this no reserve Vauxhall is surely worth further consideration.
