The Mercedes-Benz 124 series is a range of mid-size cars made from 1984 to 1997. The range included numerous body configurations, and although collectively referred to as the W-124, official internal chassis designations varied by body style; saloon (W 124). From 1993, the 124 series was officially marketed as the E-Class.

This automatic example of the W124 220 TE is presented in Almandine with grey trim and has covered a mere 74,200 miles from new. It features the two fold-away seats in the boot making this a practical, occasional seven seater. Our vendor, an elderly lady, purchased the car in 1996 as only the second owner and has kept and used the car ever since. During her tenure the car has been garaged when not driven and has been well maintained as demonstrated by a comprehensive service history from Mercedes-Benz main dealers. The car also benefits from an MoT valid until February 2022. No longer able to drive the car, our vendor needs a new keeper for this lovely example of the fantastically reliable W124 which is equally capable now as it was in 1993.
