The Porsche 996 is the internal designation for the Porsche 911 model manufactured and sold between 1998 and 2005. On its debut, the 996 featured the most significant changes to the Carrera model since its 1963 introduction, namely the water-cooled engine replacing the previously air-cooled unit. Progressively stringent noise regulations, environmental concerns, a higher expectation for refinement and a high-performance, four-valve per cylinder engine made the switch necessary. Other changes included a sleeker body with a more steeply raked windshield and a re-designed interior.

This very wonderful example is presented in metallic blue with a dark tan leather interior. The car is presented with air conditioning, radio with CD player, factory hardtop, electric windows, dark blue electric soft hood and Tiptronic gearbox. This iconic model has been in the same ownership for the last 17 years and has only covered a mere 11,523 miles from new which makes this particular car stand out from the rest. At such a reasonable price, this wonderful Porsche Carrera offers great performance with the added attraction of open top motoring when weather permits!

The health and safety of both our customers and team remains the utmost priority, we are therefore operating to Government guidelines throughout viewing and auction day.
