This BMW 328i was supplied by Milcars Temple Fortune Ltd., London and first registered on 8th June 1995. The car came with a high specification and included the 2793cc displacement straight six engine mated to optional five-speed EH automatic transmission that supplied sport or economy mode plus a winter mode that allowed for smooth starts and soft gear changes in slippery conditions. Other features include, twin airbags, tinted electric windows and hood that, we are informed, operates easily and correctly. A large history file includes the BMW service book with service stamps plus a large amount of invoices for service items in recent years, in particular, evidence of automatic fluid changes, a service often neglected on this type of transmission, demonstrating that this BMW has certainly been well cared for. Also included with this example is a full BMW tool kit, first aid kit, a small selection of various miscellaneous spare parts and the service torch, still in working condition and retained in the glove box stowage/charger point. The vendor has informed us that this BMW is very smooth to drive and has recently undertaken a 160 mile trip without fault; in fact we can confirm that it will be driven some 90 miles to the sale also. Presented in Boston Green metallic with a black leather interior and sitting upon the BMW light-alloy wheels, this example certainly looks handsome and whilst there are a few small paint chips, this does not detract from the overall condition. The black leather interior presents very well and certainly invites the occupants in. This BMW 328i convertible is complete with its UK V5C registration document, MoT test certificate valid until 28th March 2019 and an extensive history file.
With summer fast approaching, what better way to enjoy the open road than in this convertible that provides the best of both worlds and, given that it is offered without reserve, must surely represent fabulous value in today’s market place?
