Lot 300 - 2005 Hummer H3
|Odometer reading||67,121 miles|
|Estimate||£13,000 - £16,000|
We are pleased to offer this Hummer H3 that is in remarkable condition and was first owned by the young, talented musician and humanitarian, Roxana Minashi who was sadly killed in a road accident (not in this vehicle) at the age of just 19 years in May, 2007.
The H3, a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) from the General Motors Hummer division was manufactured from 2005 with production ceasing on this and all other Hummer models in 2010. This particular H3 is powered by the 3.5 litre, five cylinder L52 petrol engine that produced 220hp with 225 lb-ft of torque and mated to the four speed automatic gearbox. These H3s usually have only five seats however this H3 has the benefit of the additional two seats that may be easily removed if required with the optional rear load area protection mat included. The extras list is almost endless but amongst them does include privacy glass, cruise control, air conditioning, electric windows and sunroof, heated leather seats, lumbar support, Isofix child seat anchor points, navigation system, multi CD player, drivers, passenger and side airbags, alarm Onstar with GPS (only operates within the US) remote garage door entry system, traction control and alloy wheels. Four new Goodyear Wrangler Duratec tyres have been fitted; in fact, this is a top specification Hummer H3 which has a full service record and further benefits from an additional £2,000 service recently carried out. Imported from the US, it is UK registered and has an MoT test certificate valid until June 2015 and road fund licence current until the end of December 2014.
With the electronically controlled full time four wheel drive system, this Hummer, not to be confused with the lesser normally specified H3, is capable of both on road and off road driving and is able of fording water up to two feet in depth, a definite advantage with our wet winters of late. A fabulous example with a huge specification and offered with a very tempting estimate that may be driven away from the sale immediately.
The private registration, as pictured, is to be retained and the registration is as listed.
