Lot 203 - 1990 12932 NSR 250R MC21
|Estimate||£3,250 - £4,250|
Honda was winning big time with its 1987 NSR 250R racers so Honda released a replica version for the street. It was almost a complete replica of the factory racers, light weight and very quick. The engine is a NSR 500 racer engine cut in half. It was an amazing machine in its day with nimble handling and awesome acceleration. In 1988, the NSR250R was reworked with new bodywork and those familiar twin round brake lights, new electrical system, revised suspension, larger brakes, six spoke wheels with larger rubber and an even perkier engine.
This 1990 Honda NSR250R was previously owned by an elderly gentleman who used it sparingly hence its excellent condition throughout. Finished in blue and white, this NSR250R is supplied with a V5C registration document and a file containing old MoT test certificates. This is a very rare bike in superb condition which will only increase in value throughout the years.
