We are pleased to offer this pretty and well maintained Lancia Fulvia 1.3S built with fast road and rally use in mind and is registered with an FIVA Identity Card (Carte D'Identity FIVA).
The coachwork presents very well and stands up to close scrutiny. The little Lancia is fitted with an alloy bonnet and doors; in fact, the door gaps are excellent and the best we have seen on this type for many years. The undersides are also in very good order with a coating of wax to finish. The engine bay is clean, tidy and well maintained and inside the boot area sits the spare wheel, tools and 'get you home spares'.
The condition of the interior is such that it invites you in. Settle into the Corbeau Carrera seats and survey the dashboard with its cluster of instruments directly in front of the driver plus the Brantz International 2 Pro rally tripmeter, rally timer and remote controls; these timers are eligible on HERO rally events. The Lancia dashboard clock is in working order and the occupants are secured in their seats by Sabelt four point harnesses and a full roll cage ensures safety and rigidity all around. A Don Barrow Cagelight and navigator lamp provides illumination when required on those night time stages. Further rally extras include an electric cut-off switch and a passenger/navigator foot rest. Elsewhere, a set of Cibie driving lamps at the front and an auxiliary reversing lamp assists at night. The Lancia sits upon a set of Cromadora alloy wheels fitted with excellent tyres and a spare set of four steel wheels and tyres also accompany the car.
The Lancia's 1.3 litre engine, with sump guard, starts easily and is aided by an electric primer fuel pump, and soon settles with a smooth tick over. Excellent oil pressure is displayed when hot and cold, the front and rear disc brakes bring the Lancia to a stop reassuringly and the five speed gearbox operates smoothly without any baulking as demonstrated on a recent 200 mile trip. The engine pulls very strongly, in fact, it feels like a 1600 at 3500 rpm and above. The car sits firmly on the road, aided by the four Koni shock absorbers fitted on all four corners. Recent expenditure includes a new clutch, re-cored radiator, subframe mountings and brakes amongst many others and is all documented within the well presented history file.
This attractive and competent Lancia Fulvia 1.3S comes complete with the FIA number plate, a fresh MoT test certificate and a well presented history file that documents much expenditure in recent times. With prices of these pretty Italian coupés steadily rising, this Lancia Fulvia Coupé represents excellent value given the realistic estimate.
