Cherished Number Plate specislist Neal Bircher's highlights; There’s something for all pockets and tastes in our April registration number sale. Classic dateless original issues are represented by the likes of YOU 7, PTG 6, WHA 16, 98 EDE, 4844 DT, and the wonderful 1938 Bristol issue, FAE 66. If more recent plates are more up your street then FA75 LOB is probably the most amusing choice from our selection, and will AR22 SNL be snapped up by a happy fan while Arsenal are gunning for the Premier League title? There are plenty of low reserve and even no reserve lots presenting potential bargains – H1 NUP catches the eye. And is B357 REG the BEST REG here? Probably not, but it’s an interesting quirky one. My personal pick of the bunch is JM 3113 – very popular initials, a nice symmetrical number, and the oldest offering in the sale. When they were issued with this one in Westmorland in 1937, the original owner would never have believed that we would still be talking about it almost nine decades later! Cherished plates on Retention or Certificates of Entitlement will be posted to the successful bidder upon payment without cost from the Historics office. Please review the Lot details to ascertain the physical location of each Lot. Once the Lot has been successfully won and funds deposited to the Historics Trust Account, buyer and seller details will be exchanged for collection.
